Know Your Rights Resources and Support from the 48th Ward Office

Chicago is—and will always remain—a Sanctuary City, because we believe in protecting our neighbors, honoring our shared humanity, and standing up for what is right. This week, I joined the overwhelming majority in City Council (39-11) to reject any attempt to weaken our Welcoming City Ordinance. Let me be clear: there is no place for fear or division in Chicago.
